　　湖北省路路通公路设施工程有限公司服装车间主任屈某、经营部负责人虞某以此手段获回扣款11.3万余元。昨悉，两人均被硚口区法院一审判处缓刑。

　　据查，屈某、虞某两人于2000年至2006年任职期间，利用职务之便，多次收受布料供货方按每米0.5元的现金“返点”款。

　　另据查，屈某还于2006年5月挪用公款10万元借给该纺织公司经理使用，并收取好处费6000元，后归还。

　　法院审理后认为，屈某、虞某有自首情节并退出全部赃款，认罪态度较好，可减轻处罚，遂对屈某判处有期徒刑2年4个月，缓刑3年；对虞某判刑1年半，缓刑2年。
